Detox negativity from life


Detox means removal of toxins from our body, cleansing the body from the waste which is of no use and harmful too, in the same ways  detoxification of negativity from our life is also important to keep our mind healthy and mentally fit. What is negativity? Negativity is an attitude, feeling or a thought which consistently happen to us and expect to us for something negative to happen. Mind is full of thoughts and at every nano second a new thought generates in mind, a negative or a positive. Negative thoughts come again and again, lowers our confidence plus leads to mental agony too. Have you ever thought Why negative thought comes? The first of all the main point is when we are idle we have nothing to do, then we think a lot and most out of it is negative only and it's a saying too " An idle mind is devil's workshop, so we should always try to involved us in some work.


 Another point here works is the environment means our surrounding where we survive or the type of people we sit with when environment is not good we also not feel good we reflects the same because our surroundings is our reflection. Actually, I have noticed this thing in my dear ones only the very good couple loved each other, gradually they started loosing their temper on each other and have tension in surroundings too, they have a girl child a very cute little girl but quite afraid or you can say she never determines how to react in what situation she goes through behavioural determination problems so she reflects what she perceive or what her environment is giving her. So why it is said sitting with friends are more joyful because we enjoy their company the fun kidding nature we enjoy that particular time full of fun and laughs because at that time there is no room for negativity only positive vibes. So always watch the type of people you sit with and even we can also change our environment. Third point I consider is negative energies, some people have negative vibes when they come near you or enter your house something  negative happens or any chaos happens, to keep negativity away from you and from your thoughts involve yourself in some work, have company with positive vibes people and have fresh flowers around so you feel always positive and detoxify negativity and cleanse yourself.

  3. It's the vibe that shows the path . Can't agree more. I have been affected by the negative person thing 2 years back . I was so into it that just cuz of a person i wasted one whole year. Worst thing about them is they never motivates you for doing anything and once you initiate something, they will not miss a chance to prove you wrong.

  5. Much needed post. As Willie Nelson said that "Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones. you'll start having positive result". So, it is a game of thoughts. People need to convert their negative thoughts into positive. This make a huge difference.

  8. You are right 'An idle mind is devil's workshop. I've interest in living a healthy life and wrote different topics on it. And also for me, it's very important to keep ourselves busy in healthy activities and try to think positive..
